For me the author I like is Nakamura Shungiku sensei, since I really love Junjou Romantica and Sekaiichi Hatsukoi. The story she makes are bit comedic yet romantic at the same time. I loathe shotacon the most. I can't read this kind of stories. I hate rapes too but, unfortunately, the majority of the relationships in BL start with a rape. So, now, I try to not focus on the rapes to concentrate on the story instead. Because, sometimes, I think the story deserves to be read (like "Viewfinder" or "Hidoku Shinaide").
