as cringy as his ego is, i love the way he is with abel. he’s such a genuinely good father and i like how the artist draws their interactions and affection.

i know aqua and tiara just got married, but i really can’t help but feel like her love interest is supposed to be keith. and in a way that would work out for everyone, aisha could have aqua, and tiara could be with keith. not to mention, i just knew the sea fairy king would be pissed about the wedding, i’m sure the sea king and all the sea fairies would’ve wanted aisha to marry aqua. the set up for the next part of the story is probably just gonna be a whole mess of fighting between humans, kings, and fairies to correct the game path.
also side note, i’m so happy with how akari developed as a character. she seems like a good friend to have now.
Wait, as I read the novel in the past(which I have dropped later on btw) I think the ruler of the sea is a queen(￣∇￣") And the reason why she looks villainous is cuz I think something happenned to her in the past which made her bitter about love(I think I only got to here in the novel so... yeah). And also.....

The sea queen doesn't actually like aisha, in fact, she practically hates her(for I don't know what reason) and only the chibi sea fairies like her. (⌒▽⌒)

there’s no way the duke isn’t actually abel’s biological father. ain't no way. he’s like a carbon copy of him!
the crown prince isn’t an idiot, he’s already shown that he can tell when it’s marie who has come up with an idea, because he’s called out this blonde chick on it like twice already. even if marie tells her so she can take the credit, the prince is going to realize that it was marie’s idea
it’s almost like logic and emotion are fighting in isis’ conscience. she knows seth was a victim, yet she claims her hatred comes from seth “giving” his body to osiris. she knew what was at stake for seth and why it was so important for him to comply with what osiris demanded of him, yet berates him and antagonizes him for not choosing another way (knowing full well seth didn’t really have options there). she actively doesn’t want to sympathize with seth. she knows she should. she knows he was a victim, that osiris was wrong, and that loving osiris is wrong, and yet she can’t control her emotions in that regard.
despite knowing its not true, she sees what happened as seth having sex with osiris, not being raped. and her inability to get over that warped perception of what happened is what, personally, i think made her irrationally curse everyone involved instead of just osiris alone.
there’s a lot of depth to her character. of course, i still think it’s bullshit she victim blames him, but it’s interesting to see how she does it while simultaneously knowing it’s not completely right.
That's why I see her as a woman who easily let her emotions and love blind herself (although I don' really like those type). I'm not saying Seth is innocent either but if she wants to point out his wrong doings, do it right, don't victim blaming him cz I ain't seeing her blaming herself except she thinks she ain't good enough that her husband has to love Seth.
Obviously, she's still traumatized by the past and even lack of self love
chowon is most definitely mentally ill, and while that is a reason for his behavior in the past and right now, it’s not an excuse. it doesn’t make what he did okay, it just explains why he went to those lengths. i feel like it’s been subtly hinted at, but chow on doesn’t have a lot of support in his life. kyungsoo is there for him...and that’s about it. we’ve heard his family mentioned in passing and it’s seems they’re hard on him, we met his brother once and they don’t have a good relationship, and we all know how his relationship with dojun went (and he admitted he never loved chowon).
sure, he received therapy, but i can’t imagine how hard it is to cope and get better without any system of support from friends and family/people who love and care about you.
i want chowon to apologize to heeso and dojun. i want him to be able to admit that what he did was wrong and say that he is sorry. i also want dojun to apologize because i’m the end he shouldn’t have married heeso at all. marriage isn’t something to take lightly, and obviously chowon thought it was serious, but dojun was only going through the motions, and he shouldn’t have done that. in the end, if chowon can do that, i want him to have a happy ending. i want him to get better and not let his illness control him. he has to be the loneliest character in the book, and i think, as misguided as it is sometimes, he has a lot of love to give.
