Yes you're right, corsets are literally bras. Not only that, but they provide wayyy better back and bust support for women than our modern bras. The author did not do her research.
(Bra’s suck though) I love the look of corsets, they look beautiful. But if look at it like you look at bras, you might see why. They are uncomfortable and limit your activity, and people heavily criticise women if they don’t wear one. Men, way back when, would only marry a women if she was set to the standard of societal beauty, hence- corsets.
Corsets shouldn’t be hated at all, no way- they are lovely. But the idea that all women (in that time) should wear one to be proper— is the patriarchal oppression.

I really hate seeing the MC getting bullied and pushed around like a doormat.
She has (almost) no teeth at all.
As someone who was bullied in my school years but also able to defend himself or have the inner rage to fight/bite back despite my depressions, it really frustrated me to see this character so oppressed and powerless.
And those who bully her don't face any consequences at all!
There isn't this blackmailing rich creep with false glasses who demand our sympathy just because he is lonely and have burned scars.
And I wish the MC can use her wits and self- awareness to stand up to the dumb green haired bully.

√ Princess Olga will be married to the White Knight (it seems he is the commander of the White Knights).
