'The crown Prince must bear a child before the king and queen dies so that the fragment does not go to the child?'
That sounds a lot like it's more likely to be inherited by the child...
And what's the point anyway when in the next breath they explain that the possessor monopolizes the inheritance of the fragment.
The crown prince is a co possessor, if he has a child the child will not have the fragment. But when the king and queen die the crown prince becomes the next possessor so his child will have it. I think that’s what it means. And Arhad Is an illegitimate child from the king himself meaning he has the fragment so they want to kill him
Pls stop bullying her you guys :(((( she's naive but she tries her best to stay positive and she's been alone since the start and she's just craving affection
She's nice as she is right now. Why would I judge her now for something she hasn't done yet at this point in time? Judging by the way things are going and the disappointments she's been facing I wasn't surprised that she'll eventually be evil with that zombie around her. But as she is now, her affections toward Athy was still sincere even if it was borne out of desperation for love.
It's so small-minded to simply label Jeanette as a bitch when she's not even as shallow as most antagonists that do deserve to be called bitch. She doesn't deserve that...YET
That hand was weird he kept stepping on it but there's nothing there then what? Tf is its significance
If you're talking about the latest chapter with Emel/Emiel stuck in the dragon's illusion, that entire sequence was meant to illustrate how terrified he is of losing Estelle. He's afraid that he won't be able to protect her from harm, from death (shown by her appearing, then disappearing, as well as her head in that bell jar); But he's also just as terrified of being the one to hurt her (shown by him stepping on her severed arm, then again when he touches her is the forest and her arms fall off + her body kinda disintegrates).
It's been hinted at before that, because of whatever Emel/Emiel did in his past or what happened to him, he feels that he's a tainted and horrid being, barely even able to call himself human. He feels that he's unworthy of even being near Estelle, whom he considers to be pure and innocent and perfect. He has some serious self-loathing issues where he thinks that even his presence corrupts Estelle, and will only harm her in the end. The fact that she was actually kidnapped as a child while under his care doesn't help----since it only justified his thoughts that he's incapable of keeping her from all harm (himself or external factors). He still hasn't been able to forgive himself for that, even though it wasn't his fault

It's low-key a shame that she gave away the skorbut key so easily without properly securing it from a business standpoint but at least she saved lives. Capitalism is so deeply ingrained into me, maybe that's the real shame.
ahhh that’s what i thought! i was like, you can make so much money out of this, if you gate keep the cure before solidifying a plan...i felt bad like two seconds later. living in america or a capitalist society really does a number on you
Lol, she's acknowledged as the discoverer of the cure and gets a medal from the emperor later, so it's not all altruistic loss on her part. All good.
I didn't even think about securing the idea because Chloe is rich. Lol. I'm sure she did not think about it at that time. She pitied the girl and her family and wanted to help.
