... Mamoru Chiba from Sailor Moon. I was five when it first aired here, and the whole caped crusader/future doctor/destined soulmate thing is pretty hard to beat. His car and motorbike don't hurt either, though I could do without the fashion sense.
Later I read the manga and fell in love all over again. He doesn't even have any powers (at first), ...... 1 reply
For my answer, you gotta go old school. Does anyone here know Star Blazers? My first anime and I was utterly enchanted. It was beautiful. I can still sing parts of the opening song. As for manga, I found it a lot latter in life and it was Loveless. Sweet, twisted and more than a little dark, what more could a girl ask for? 1 reply
It would have to be Lover Dolls and Kami-sama No Iutoori (Moegi Yuu) I just love them so much and the kind of relationship they show is just to cute!! 1 reply
Every shoujo and yaoi manga I've ever read. Also Naruto, Kakashi, Iruka, Yu-Gi-Oh, Superman, Supernatural, and other shows with men who have those same kind of characteristics. 1 reply
Hell yea because then I won't get my damn period, boys lose weight way faster, they're more respected in society, and they're hair is always flawless. Also I kind of wish I could be a boy so that I can be like a "perfect prince charming" to a boy or girl who really deserves it and be like a sweet good to be true love story lol. Btw if I was a boy I...... reply

I was in 5th or 6th grade and he was my brother's best friend. I did kind of liked him and we started dating because everyone said we sure. But when we first kissed I didn't feel anything and I guess from then on I started to see him as more of a brother than a boyfriend. ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭ reply

Honestly, my first kiss wasn't great because I didn't have feelings for the person I kissed. But when I started dating someone and I kissed them for the first time, that was A+ yo. Best kiss ever (▰˘◡˘▰) reply
My very first anime was probably a mix of Trigun, Wolfs Rain, Fooly Cooly, Full Metal Alchemist, and anything else that was on Toonami back in the early 2000's. I watched all of them every saturday night, but as far as following a story line it was probably .hack//sign or Yu Yu Hakusho.

I was in 7th grade so around 12 years old. I recently come to learn that there was a Kingdom Hearts manga thanks to my school's book fair. I remember going to a bookstore trying to find the other volumes and when I got to the J-L section there was no Kingdom Hearts. Instead, the pink pastel cover of Junjou Romantica caught my attention and I looked...... reply
Everyone started super young it seems. I didn't start reading manga until I was around 20 or 21. I started reading yaoi about a year after that. I wasn't interested in yaoi at first just because I thought that gay manga would only appeal to gay men, little did I know this genre was made by and aimed at women. reply
Middle school, so between the ages of 11 through 14 (?). I don't know exactly. I was reading romantic stories on Wattpadd, obvs heterosexual couples cos I didn't know anything else. Then, one of my favorite authors left one of her stories for a boy/boy story, and I got mad. Ended up reading it. Didn't like it, but I was hooked on the boy/boy aspect...... reply
