In terms of volumes I have:
11 volumes of yaoi
15 volumes of shounen ai
And one gay-themed novel called "The Book of David"
I am saving up for several more volumes, and I'm thinking of buying some eBooks. Most of my books came from Amazon, but I got 2 volumes of shounen ai and the novel from Barnes & Noble. I got the "Legal Drug" omnibus from a man...... reply
Well I actively started reading yaoi when I was in college. I was embarrassed and tried to hide it at first. But then I became obssess and passionate about them that I want to share to other people the joy of reading yaoi. I've first shared this to my fellow otaku best friend who is clueless about yaoi. She was a bit perplexed about the idea of two...... 3 reply
Well , i never was against same sex couples from the start , because i believe everyone should be free to choose and love from any gender , love as i said before is like a force of nature can't be avoided only can be accepted and embraced ..
In science way too we never choose the looks , hormones or chemistry our bodies born with , we should acce...... 3 reply
Tbh it gives me this kind of 'raw and pure' feeling with the fact that we can fall in love regardless the gender and it's still as beautiful as hetero's love 2 reply
Not my family, but my friends? Of course. I could NOT hide it from them, not because I "dont wanna hide anything from them" or something like that. It's just... I really like talking about all those great yaoi mangas I read. I need them to know what I'm obsessed about ahahhaa.
Since some of them don't like it, I don't try to get them into it, of co...... 3 reply
When I come to my parent's house in summer holidays, I read yaoi all I can. I know my parents suspect I read some "weird things on internet", but I dont think they could think about gay pairings. Gosh, I don't even believe they think I am reading something sexual.
Oh, but who knows. Maybe they already know and dont give a duck. reply
When I first discovered Metal music I went all "OH YES THIS IS MY THING NOW TO DRESS ALL DARK AND BLACK AND LISTEN TO IT ALL DAY". And so I did. But where I live is a small town, so for people here was such a shock ahahah. I was so young and I though that wearing my black T-shirt and my black trousers was like calling to all that cool people who we...... 1 reply
Aaaaah, yaoi gave me so muchhhhhh...!
It made me find what I really liked, and showed me the possibility for men to be all delicate, and all sweet, and all cute and that that is alright. And actually, I discovered I really liked that type of men ahahhaha.
It showed me for the first time that idea of "pure love", so... when I actually experimente...... 1 reply
I was always a strange child. I never showed any romantic interest for another one, boy or girl. When I was 12 I started asking myself questions about me: who was I, what I wanted, and what/who I liked. For some time I though I was bisexual, 'cause for me some women (actresses or Metal female singers) were just so beautiful and I was dazed just by ...... reply
The confusion is normal, I would say, especially if you're someone who has been largely surrounded and brought up with conservative values and ideals, or even come from a religion that strongly condemns same sex relationships. After growing up in those conditions, there will always be a part of you that tells you that it's weird or strange to think...... reply
I'm still confused. I've always thought I was attracted to boys. But there was a girl who did this sport with me, and we had another class with her too. She was my ideal person, but to this day I'm not sure if she was my idea model of who I wanted to be or my ideal soulmate. I remember google searching a lot on the differences between admiration an...... 1 reply
They don't, but wish they did, at least a little. As long as I can remember, no one has even been the slightest bit intimidated by me, people actually laughed when they saw me get angry ("she sounds so angry~*star*"). In Sophomore year of high school something happened, I forget what. I said something in surprise or pain or whatever, not even a cur...... 1 reply
I don't know about scary but people tell me I look bitchy because of my resting bitch face lol I'm told a lot that I look like I don't want to bothered or I think I'm the shit when in reality I'm generally happy person. Im quiet around strangers so I guess that's a factor too. My resting bitch face keeps the fuck boys away at least reply
My whole life people have seen me as a scary person. Everyone has always told me that I seem very mean when they stare into my face and that I look like a real "gangster." I never really understood that because I am actually very gentle, quiet and afraid all the time. Although I am not afraid to stick up for others and voice my beliefs and opinions...... reply
Yup. There're formulas and steps for relationships that I'm not really interested in nowadays. What really bugs me is if the characters act the same way: spineless, weak, too damn shy, but they speak out and catch the cool guy's or cool seme's attention once, and the guy or seme suddenly falls in love with the girl or uke. Bro, come on. Like, no pl...... reply
Good, unique story of course because I always forget the name of the manga and the name of the author and I only remember the story and the art. If it's something less than that I toss it in the "not important" box.

'Things' are your daily life experiences by which you get to know the world around you. Tell others about the things you did, may it be cool, sad, crazy or funny. You can also find things that you might want to do and a friend to do it with!
